The room was reasonably large and the staff superbly friendly.

The bed was nice, and the room itself was big. And it included a large bathroom. The service offered was great.

I liked to be in this place. Got Wheelchair Accessible room with the bathroom, fridge plus a great view as expected. Favourable location close to highway so could here all trucks passing by was a plus. Moreover, it was very close to the lakes and several restaurants.

Had very poor breakfast, it might definitely be improved.

My family members and I greatly enjoyed being there. The room was functional and tidy, with coffee/tea making machines, refrigerators, and glassware. The staff were amazingly nice and superbly friendly. The hotel had particularly good location very close to Banff. Lucky that it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from A&w Restaurant, offering food to go.

We enjoyed the comforts of this budget hotel. The staff were supper friendly and the setting was absolutely perfect and excellent. Besides, it was right by a restaurant, the Kings Motor Inn, and the slope.

Ideal, unbeatable location so close to a good restaurant, Close to resturants, and a football field, pleasant staff. Immaculately clean and huge unit with tea/coffee making equipment, a fridge, and glassware. Decent service at all times. A great and excellent hotel, my first choice in Kamloops.

I would say it's reasonable base for staying and exploring Kamloops. The staff are exceptionally nice and superfriendly. The rooms are a decent size and they have a kitchenette area and coffee. The rate is $ 174, satisfied.

The room was clean and well-maintained, with regular housekeeping. The breakfast was good and included in the rate. The staff were friendly and treated us like family. The location was convenient, with many restaurants within a short walking distance and a bus stop nearby. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub, which were nice and clean.

There were a few downsides during our stay. We had requested a ground floor room but were not able to get one.

I had an updated room with coffee left from previous tenants in coffee maker daily cleaning ie wash sink, coffee maker, as example. Good facilities, everything you could wish for. The service was excellent, that made the hotel excellent place.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The price was excellent for the value I received, and the room was clean and spacious, with a full kitchen that had all the utensils and cookware I needed. The location was convenient, close to the highway and restaurants. The staff, especially Katie at the front desk, was extremely helpful and accommodating, even offering me a choice of three rooms to ensure a quiet stay.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with a wider variety of options.
